Winter Course

The Winter Course is aimed to help the drivers to get used to the specific nature of car driving in winter. Drivers with no or little driving experience during winter or the beginners shall learn a lot of new and useful information while learning how to drive using this program. This is because wintertime is the time when you indeed realize, that the defensive driving skills are a guarantee of driver’s and passengers’ safety.  

During this course, you will learn to evaluate the state of road surface, to brake on the surface with different adhesion level of the wheelsas smoothly as possible, not lost the control over the situation under the condition of car stabilityloss on the road. Safety imitation of car stabilityloss will help you to develop the psychological fortitudeinstressful situations, as well as learning to understand how to solve such situations will extend your possibilities. In addition, we will give you advices concerning preparation of the car forthe winter period and its operation in winter.

The program includes:

• Effective acceleration of the car on a slippery surface
• Differenttechniquesofbrakingfor a rapid stop of the car
• The ways of driving out the deep snow layer
• Overriding of snowed up hillsides  and slopes, namely in case of ice-crusted ground
• Imitationofappearance of sudden obstacles
• Developmentof psychological fortitude tostressful situations
• Imitationofcarstabilityloss on slippery and glazed frost road
• Analysis of the reasons, leading to alarm conditions
• Drivingonthe streets covered with snow
